Family Guy

By: Percy Olive

Family guy is a funny tv show. It is hilarious but at the same time the manner is very derogatory and very

abusive. But it does appeal to some people. It appeals to me, i mean it so funny, and it grabs the attention

of alot of people by the cartoon mannerisms, so it is crazy. Peter is the father and he is kinda slow in my

opinion but one of the funniest because he plays different roles and shows people different things and helps

the show appeal to the group of the age of 13 and up. Lois is the mother but she if very subtle and really

doesn't just stand out, her or meg the daughter. But they apart of the show. Chris is the son and he is afraid

of monkey in his closet, but chris also gets bullied and he has different personalities. But the one who leaves

the biggest impression on the episode is Stewie the baby. He never ages, and he can't talk but only the

family dog Brian can hear him. And Stewie is hilarious, rude, diabolical, and very experimental and at one

point, obessed to kill his mother lois.

Troy Davis Killed, Amanda Knox Acquitted

By: Percy Olive

Troy Davis, electricuted, and Amanda Knox acquitted! What makes the difference in these two cases? Besides

color is that she is a woman and he is a man? Amanda Knox was supposed to be sentenced to 25 years for the

death of her room mate, but unfortuanetly the only one who was convicted was her friend, drug dealer Rudy

Guede, to 26 years in a separate term. Now tell me how can a man be executed for something 22 years ago

and its crazy how this woman where all the evidence lead to her, lead her to be released and acquitted. But

a man who had no signs of the killing, the man who had people recant their stories, and this man is now dead

and she is free. So if our world still racist, yes i think so. But is our world fair, I doubt it will ever be fair for African

American ever.

The Smooth Taste Of Rose Courvouiser

By: Percy Olive

Beam Global Spirits & Wine and Courvoisier, one of the world's leading cognac houses, announced today the addition of Courvoisier Rose to its portfolio. The spirit, identical in color to rosé wine, is a blend of cognac and premium French wine grapes. The flavor profile features notes of blackberry, black currant and a touch of cherry, complemented by vanilla, honey and vine-peach flavors.

Courvoisier intends for consumers to drink the 36 proof Courvoisier Rose alone, as opposed to blending with juice or other mixers, as cognac drinkers sometimes do. Traditional cognac is 40% alcohol, while Courvoisier Rose is only 18%.

The smooth liquer of Courvouiser with red wine grapes, is very relaxing, smooth and easy to handle. Pour into a nice glass, few cubes of ice or just straight can give you the perfect buzz to enjoy the rest of your evening after a stressful day. The new purple redish color in it's clear bottle and strong aroma will make any one enjoy the taste. No burn as you swallow, but it makes it taste so smooth.

President's Obama Job Act

By: Percy Olive

President Obama's jobs plan has received a tepid reception from Republicans, who are willing to consider some of his tax relief proposals, but not his spending plans. His proposal to pay for the plan with limits on tax deductions and closing corporate tax loopholes is facing stiff Grand Old Party resistance and even Democrats have pushed back on some of those provisions in the past.
In one of his speeches he talks about how the political circus should stop and actually do something to help the community. His plan was to spell out a long-term debt stabilizing plan that aims to cut the deficit by about $2 trillion over 10 years. Obama is making his proposal to a special congressional committee that has been charged with lowering deficit by $1.2 trillion to $1.5 trillion.
In this plan that President Obama has it is going to cause more people to go back to work, such as taeachers laid off by budget cuts. The plan will help put more money in the pockets of the middle class Americans by cutting in half the payroll tax that comes out of every workers pay check. the plan wont add a dime to the deficit  and is fully paid for through a balanced deficit reduction plan that includes closing corporate tax loopholes and asking the wealthiest Americans to pay their fair share. All of these things fit in with President Obama proposing the way to increase employment and head off a double dip recession.
the president wants to give states and municipalities aid to stop the layoffs of public employees, extend the payroll tax suspensions in place, and give businesses a temporary cut in their part of those taxes. The total cost would be $447 billion. This plan is to avoid the return of a recession by maintaining growth and pushing down unemployment rates.

Michael Vick related in salary with Tom Brady and Peyton Manning

By: Percy Olive

Michael Vick has had a bad turnout and is now re instated in the NFL to do his thing with Philadephia Eagles. He is now making the big bucks and making good money now. I feel that he is a good man and deserves a second chance and he has what it takes to take the Eagles on their way. I was surprise to see his excitement and how he handled coming back into the league. He really changed around his whole demeanor and now people look at Vick and say that he can make it the SuperBowl with the Eagles.
